Vegetarian Chop Suey

1/2 cup carrots sliced
1 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1 cup sliced mushroom
1 cup Gluten, cut into pieces
1/2 cup bamboo shoots
2 cups bean sprouts
3 tablespoon oil
2 cups hot water
Soy sauce to taste
Salt to taste


How to cook:

Saute onion, celery, mushrooms and Gluten in oil. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Add soy sauce and salt to taste.
