Do You Eat a Healthy Diet?

Eating a nutrient-rich healthy diet is an integral part of the healthy green lifestyle. Good nutrition directly impacts your optimal wellness.

As a naturopathic doctor, I believe that many illnesses involve a nutritional component and can be improved by changing the way that you eat.

I also believe that good eating habits help you look and feel your best and prevent the possibility of developing chronic disease in the future.

After years of study, though, I recognize that no one eating style will work for everyone because we are all unique and have different metabolic needs.

The best healthy diet for you might be a traditional foods diet, a flexitarian diet, a gluten-free diet, a vegetarian diet, a raw foods vegan diet, or another diet not specifically mentioned...

You can pick any whole foods diet that stresses real healthy foods, fuels your body with the nutrition it needs, and allows you to feel good about your food choices.

It usually takes some experimentation to find the healthy eating plan that is going to work best for you long-term.
