Baked Wild Salmon with Corn

Serve this baked wild salmon with corn with a side salad and it is sure to be a hit with your family. Even my children love this quick and very healthy meal!

1 package of organic frozen corn
4 wild salmon filets
Salt and pepper to taste
fresh lemon for garnish

Turn oven to 350 degrees F.
Place the frozen corn in the bottom of a baking dish with the salmon filets on top.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and squeeze lemon over the top

Bake for 10 minutes on one side, and then turn over and continue to bake, checking every 5 minutes to see if done.

Fish doesn't take long to cook; you don't want to over cook or under cook it so check it often.
